On October 7 at 8:45 a.m., Tiffin University student-athletes will join Washington Elementary School students for their annual “Get Out and Walk Day.” Its purpose is to encourage both healthy living and communal engagement. The event will take place in honor of National Walk and Roll to School Day, which is set for October 5 this year.
The event will involve Washington’s administration, staff, teachers and hundreds of participating students. In addition, Tiffin University staff and athletes along with community members and other supporters will attend.
