Tiffin University’s School of Business will host its 14th Annual Summit to Success on Friday, March 27. Coordinated by TU’s Business Club, the Summit will begin at 8:30 a.m. with registration in the Gillmor Student Center Gymnasium and the morning keynote speaker at 9 a.m. Breakout sessions begin at 9:55 a.m. in the Center for Innovation and Learning, followed by lunch at noon in the Gillmor Student Center Gymnasium and the afternoon keynote speaker at 12:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
Bryce Riggs, President and CEO of the Seneca County Collaborative is the featured morning keynote speaker. Riggs leads the unified organization advancing business advocacy, economic development, tourism promotion and downtown revitalization across Seneca County. In 2025, he received the Michael A. Schultz Professional of the Year Award from the Chamber Professionals of Ohio, the Emerging Leader Award from the Ohio Travel Association and the Young Alumni Achievement Award from Tiffin University. He serves on the Tiffin University School of Business Dean’s Advisory Council and the Executive Board of the Ohio Travel Association. He also serves as vice chair of Chamber Professionals of Ohio and as a member of the Government Affairs Committee for the Ohio Economic Development Association. Prior to his current role, he served nearly five years as Executive Director of the Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce and Destination Seneca County. Riggs earned his Master of Business Administration in Global Leadership & Change from Tiffin University in 2020.
Breakout sessions will be facilitated by multiple speakers from varying industries that include marketing, sports management, finance and accounting and more.
The afternoon keynote speaker, Jamie Campbell, is the current President of Aurora Health Care Medical Center Kenosha and Medical Center in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. She is seasoned in healthcare systemization, change management and implementing strategies that achieve organizational goals to improve safety, quality and patient experience. Prior to joining Aurora Health Care in April 2025, she was the president of Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton, Colorado. Before moving to Colorado, she served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Bakersfield Memorial Hospital (California). She also served as Chief Administration Officer to the University of California President and her first career was in mergers and acquisitions for a large land developer in California. Cambell received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management and earned MBAs in both Management and in Healthcare Administration from Tiffin University.
