TIFFIN UNIVERSITY, Tiffin, OH—Tiffin University’s football game against Hillsdale College on Saturday, November 9, will recognize veterans and military members in attendance. The game will take place at Frost-Kalnow Stadium, 300 S. Monroe St., in Tiffin.
Hosted by TU’s Office of Veteran & Military Services, Tiffin University Athletics and the Gridiron Club, all veterans and military will be admitted free with proof of service and are invited to the Gridiron Club Tent in the lower parking lot for food and giveaways.
Gates will open at 11:30 a.m., a posting of the colors by the United Veterans Council of Seneca County will begin at 12:45 p.m., prior to kickoff at 1 p.m. All Veterans and Military in attendance will be recognized at halftime.

TU Named Military Friendly School
Victory Media, a veteran owned business, named Tiffin University to its 2018 “Military Friendly Schools” list. Tiffin University is committed to providing support to military service members and veterans as they work towards their educational goals and degree attainment. The Veteran and Military Resource Center (VMRC) was established and dedicated on November 11, 2015 and serves both campus-based and online students.
Tiffin University offers a military discount toward tuition to retired military/Veterans, Reservists, National Guard, and/or dependents of active duty (spouse/children) with proper documentation. Active duty military are eligible for a reduced rate of tuition with proper documentation.
