Prior to his time at P&S Bakery, McKinney was the Assistant Vice President of Operations at Farmers National Bank, where he managed multi-billion-dollar projects with a strong focus on compliance, operational efficiency, and risk management. Earlier in his career, he dedicated more than a decade to public service as Commissioner of Building and Grounds and Chief of Staff for the City of Youngstown, where he oversaw critical infrastructure and public safety initiatives to ensure the well-being of citizens and the sustainability of government facilities.
