Andrew Morgan is the Chief Strategy Officer for AdventHealth Mid-America Region, where he leads strategy, growth and marketing efforts in support of the region’s mission and long-term expansion. In this role, he helps align regional priorities, business development, and strategic planning with evolving market needs and AdventHealth’s broader strategic aspirations.
Andrew brings more than a decade of leadership experience across hospital operations, finance and strategic growth in complex health systems. Prior to joining AdventHealth in 2026, he served as President of Mercy Health – Tiffin and Willard Hospitals in Bon Secours Mercy Health’s Toledo East Rural Market, where he provided executive leadership for two community hospitals and helped drive service line growth, physician alignment, quality performance and community engagement.
Before becoming president, Andrew served as Market Chief Financial Officer for Mercy Health’s rural hospital market, overseeing financial operations for three hospitals and the organization’s transportation network. In that role, he led strategic planning, market assessment, labor management, revenue cycle improvement and M&A due diligence. Andrew also spent more than seven years with AdventHealth in finance leadership roles across Tampa and Connerton. He holds an MBA from Liberty University and a BS in Business Administration from Union Adventist University, with emphasis in accounting and finance.
He remains actively engaged in community and economic development efforts and has served on numerous regional boards and advisory groups focused on strengthening community partnerships, workforce development and regional growth.
