Ines Macadam

Ines Macadam is excited to be part of the Residence Life team at Tiffin University. Originally from Argentina, she recently earned a master’s in international business from TU, following her bachelor’s degree in business. While at Tiffin, she served as a Graduate Assistant in the Office of CARE, where she supported students through outreach, connection and creating safe, inclusive spaces. Ines was also a student-athlete competing on the track & field team, where she learned the true value of teamwork, consistency and showing up for others. She is passionate about building community and helping people feel seen and supported. She brings positive energy wherever she goes and looks forward to meeting everyone and making this year meaningful for all students.
