Jennifer’s primary responsibilities include augmenting support of the file/print services and email systems, such as system upgrades, patching, testing documentation, and planning. Also responsible for scheduling and monitoring systems backups, and assisting the Senior Systems Administration and CIO with technology programs and initiatives.
