McKenzie Posey, DNP, RN

Dr. Posey has been a registered nurse since 2012, with a career dedicated to nursing education, professional development, and student success. Most recently, she served as a Clinical Educator at Mercy Hospital and as an Adjunct Instructor in the RN-to-BSN Program at Heidelberg University. McKenzie is passionate about helping nurses and students discover their “why” and develop the confidence, knowledge, and skills needed to thrive in the profession. She is deeply committed to both personal and professional growth and enjoys mentoring future nurses as they navigate their educational journeys. McKenzie is excited to be part of Tiffin University’s nursing program and looks forward to contributing to its continued growth and success while supporting the next generation of nursing professionals.
