Fall/ Winter 2020
Letter to Alumni
Dear Alumni & Friends,
I continue to be impressed with Dragon Nation for your resilience. However, we missed you this fall and winter. We missed welcoming you to campus for Green & Gold – Homecoming & Family Weekend. We missed seeing you on the sidelines at our athletic events. We missed having you on campus and interacting with our students. We missed seeing you around the country at our various alumni events. And, we missed celebrating the holiday season with you.
We loved seeing you virtually. Thank you for joining us for the annual Dragon Alumni Symposium and Alumni Achievement Awards. Thank you for spending evenings with us during our athletic alumni zoom calls, and for engaging with our students virtually in the classroom. Thank you for joining us for virtual happy hours and wine tastings. Virtual events can never replace seeing you in person, but it brightened our day to see you when we could.
It is our top priority to maintain the health and safety of the entire Tiffin University community. To reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 on our campus, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided we will not be hosting any in-person alumni events on campus in spring 2021.
We have planned and will continue to plan virtual events that will allow us to get together online. Please check the website and social media for upcoming events for the winter and spring.
On behalf of Tiffin University and the TU Alumni Association, thank you for all that you do for Tiffin University and our students.
We are in this TUgether!
