Dragon Armoire

Tiffin University’s professional clothes closet for students.

The Dragon Armoire provides students with an opportunity to ‘shop’ for new and gently used professional attire to use at Career Fairs, interviews, jobs and internships.

How to shop

The Dragon Armoire is located in the Gillmor Student Center, in the Student Development and Transformation hallway. The Dragon Armoire will hold the following open hours throughout the Fall semester:

  • Tuesdays – 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
  • Wednesdays – 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Fridays – 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

If you’re not available during the open hours, you can also make an appointment to shop by emailing careerservices@tiffin.edu.

You do not need to register to shop during the open hours. Come to the Dragon Armoire with your student ID, and show it to the Career Services Student Ambassador on staff. Our ambassadors can assist you with finding the right outfit. Shop through the clothing in the Dragon Armoire, and check out with our Student Ambassador when you’re ready by completing a quick online form. A dressing room is available on-site.

Students are able to access the Dragon Armoire twice per semester, and they’re able to take up to one entire outfit per shopping trip. For any questions regarding the Dragon Armoire shopping experience, please email careerservices@tiffin.edu.

dragon ARMOIRE donations

The Dragon Armoire is always accepting professional clothing donations. We accept new and gently used professional attire for the armoire including full suits, suit jackets and blazers, professional shirts and blouses, dress slacks, skirts, and dresses. We do not accept clothing donations that are not appropriate for an interview or Career Fair, such as sweatpants, work out gear, jeans, etc. We do ask that you dry clean your clothing items prior to drop off.

Donations can be dropped off in the Murphy Academic Support Center between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you have any questions about a donation, please email Bethani Burkhart, Director of Career Services, at burkhartb@tiffin.edu.
