Jeremy Hohenstein began serving as Director of Career Services at Tiffin University in May 2026. In this role, he leads initiatives focused on career readiness, employer engagement, experiential learning, and student success.
Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Tiffin University. As a proud Tiffin University alumnus, Jeremy is passionate about helping students connect their education to meaningful career opportunities while building strong partnerships with employers and alumni.
Prior to joining Tiffin University, Jeremy built a career in human resources, talent acquisition, and workforce development. Most recently, he served as Human Resource Manager at Webster Industries, Inc. where he provided strategic leadership in recruitment, employee development, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Jeremy is a United States Marine Corps veteran and served as a recruiter, helping prospective applicants explore career opportunities and professional development pathways through military service.
Jeremy remains actively involved in workforce and community initiatives through the Seneca County Human Resources Association and Tiffin University’s Innovation Fellowship program. He has also served as a classroom leader for Tiffin City Schools’ REACH program, teaching soft skills and professional development concepts to elementary students.
Jeremy and his wife, Kaitlynn, reside in Fremont, Ohio, with their three sons, Gryffin, Jackson, and Nolan. Outside of his professional career, Jeremy enjoys traveling, coaching youth sports, and spending time with his family.

Matthew has over five years of experience working in the realm of higher education, both through teaching and administrative roles. He first joined the Dragon family in November of 2021 as the Public Relations Writer with the Office of Marketing and Communications, and has since shifted gears and entered the world of career coaching. He is also a part-time English faculty member within the School of Creative and Media Arts.

Matthew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Communication from Muskingum University in 2018, and his Master of Fine Arts degree in English and Creative Writing from Butler University in 2021.
