Pfeiffer Library contributes to the university’s mission by connecting the Tiffin University community to quality resources and services that address the information needs of research, learning, and professional practice.
Pfeiffer Library offers the Tiffin University community seamless access to exceptional information resources. As an OhioLINK member, students, instructors, and staff have access to millions of scholarly materials for their learning, research, and professional needs. Whether you are looking to check out a book, read an ebook, obtain a peer-reviewed journal article, or request material through interlibrary loan, Pfeiffer Library is happy to help. We also provide access to newspapers, course reserves, technology (like microphones and headphones) and specialized collections, such as faculty development, student success, and the University Archive. Overall, our collections strive to support our student and faculty research, our curriculum, and the future careers of our students.
As an active participant in the learning process at Tiffin University, Pfeiffer Library offers many opportunities for its students, instructors, and staff to develop information literacy skills and practice lifelong learning. Instructional webinars are offered on a weekly and monthly basis. Along with the occasional workshop, they help support our educational goals. Tiffin University librarians are always willing to work with instructors to incorporate information literacy skills into their syllabi or programs. Our remediation program for academic dishonesty, Academic Integrity Development (AID), is another one of our educational contributions.
