Graduation Regalia
Regalia is different based on degree type. Please ensure you look at the correct information for your degree.
Undergraduate Regalia Information
Have you ordered your graduation regalia yet? The deadline for ordering your cap and gown through The Exchange has now passed.
If you still need to order your cap and gown, you may continue to place your order through April 1 at herff.ly/tiffin.
** Please note that you must select the option “Ship Regalia to My Home for Fee ($14.95)” when completing your order.
Doctoral Regalia Information
To order your graduation regalia please follow the directions below:
- Visit: https://www.tiffin.edu/about/commencement/graduation-apparel-accessories/
- Select: http://herff.ly/tiffin
- Select: Cap & Gown
- At the drop down box select: “ship regalia to my home for fee ($14.95)
- Select: Doctorate
- Click: “SHOP”
- Select: “Cap & Gown” from the top menu options
- You will now be able to enter your information and place your order
You will need to pay the $14.95 shipping fee however the remainder of your graduation regalia is no charge to you.
You will be provided with your diploma and diploma cover at the graduation ceremony. An official transcript will be mailed to you in early to mid-June.
If you have submitted a graduation application but were unable to defend your thesis your graduation application will be “rolled” to the next academic year.

- Graduating students CAN decorate your caps!
- Active military personnel are permitted to wear their dress uniform.
