NextGen Technology Camp

Tiffin University NextGen technology Camp

If technology, gadgets, and the question of how things get hacked are always on your mind, it is time to put those instincts to work. Tiffin University’s NextGen Technology Summer Camp is a residential, hands-on experience for high school juniors and seniors built around the tools, techniques, and mindset of real technology professionals. Campers will explore core areas of technology, from hardware and networking to physical security and drone operations, in a competitive, challenging environment.

After a day of immersive cybersecurity and technology work, evenings shift to supervised recreational activities such as e-sports tournaments, games, and social events designed to help campers relax and connect.

Dorm Key Responsibility
All dorm keys are the responsibility of the camper. Lost keys will require a full rekey and replacement, resulting in a $250 fee.
Transportation to Campus
Campers and/or their families are responsible for arranging transportation to and from campus. The camp does not provide standard travel accommodations.
Required Personal Items
All campers must bring their own amenities, bedding, toiletries, and other personal necessities. Missing items may result in additional charges if the camp must provide replacements.
Airport Transportation
Airport transportation must be coordinated in advance. Additional fees will apply. Transportation is not guaranteed and is based on availabilit

Refund policy

Campers will receive a full refund if there is a cancelation two weeks (fourteen days) before the camp’s start date. If there is a cancelation after this time, no refund will be given.

  • Password cracking using professional tools
  • Physical penetration testing
  • Social engineering and phishing simulation
  • Steganography
  • Drone basics
  • File recovery using real digital forensics tools
  • Robotics basics

Amenities

Students will be staying in a single room. Meals will be provided to the students in the Cole Dining Hall.

What to Bring

Students will need to bring all personal hygiene items, towels, pillow and bedding for an XL twin bed.
