Student organization Forms
For all forms utilized by student organizations, please access them through the student portal. Students can access the forms by going to MyApps> MyTU Portal> Student Services> Student Engagement. If you have any questions, contact stugov@tiffin.edu.
Organization Membership
In order for a group to become a University recognized organization, the group must meet the following requirements.
- The group must have a Tiffin University faculty or staff member serve as an advisor.
- The group must have its constitution approved by the Director of Student Activities and Student Government.
- The group must successfully complete a one-semester probation period.
- The group must follow all University procedures and policies.
Individuals
In order for an individual to participate in a club or organization, they must be currently enrolled at Tiffin University and must be in good academic and social standing with the University.
